Children's Book
We are excited to announce that an illustrated version of “Rocks Not Happy In Sacks.” A story Gilbert wrote years ago has been brought to life by TMC community member Sally Moore and the artist Tom Novak. The project, started in 2005, has evolved into a beautiful book. This story about ‘Wo-wa unshi-la,’ the sacred quality of having compassion for all of Creation, will dance in your heart.
The Caretakers
TMC community member, Scott Martin, and his partner, Melissa Polson, have started a business providing many services to the southern Black Hills area. The Caretakers Learning Center encompasses a tree trimming service, property management assistance, and now is an outlet for providing classes on topics ranging from permaculture to animal tracking.
The Caretakers' website is currently under construction, but as soon as it is up and running, we will provide the link. In the meantime, you can find out about all the workshops The Caretakers Learning Center has to offer on our Programs page!
